Delivery Times

Below you will find the average delivery times for all our parcels:

After placing an order, we take 1 business day to process it.
In most cases this takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, processing time may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, it is shipped.
Delivery then takes on average 8–12 business days.

NOTE:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. All orders are automatically processed by our system immediately after payment.

If you wish to cancel or return an item, you may do so after receiving the order, in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.

Placing an Order

Check that all information is correct, then click “Continue to shipping.”

Shipping

On the shipping page, you can verify your address.
It will also indicate that delivery is completely free.

As a thank-you to our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs.

You can then click “Proceed to payment.”

Payment

You can choose from several payment methods.
All transactions are secured with SSL encryption, ensuring a safe payment environment.

After choosing your payment method, click “Complete order.”
You will be redirected to your selected payment provider to follow the instructions.
